Requests, estimates, and scheduling

• Sending a request through our site does not create a work order. It does not promise that we will take the job.
• We do work under an estimate, quote, or work order that we confirm with you.
• We do not promise any response time or scheduling based on what you send through the site. We usually answer within a few hours. For a faster answer, please call us after you send the form.
• We may refuse any work or job for any reason. That includes price, the type of work, legal concerns, timeline, changes to the deal, or personal preference.
• We take emergency calls after hours. Emergency repairs are subject to personnel availability.
• We may charge for troubleshooting, inspections, and commercial evaluations.

Rates

• Time-and-materials work is billed at our normal hourly rates, plus materials at our normal markup.
• Emergency rates apply when we need to be on site within 48 hours or less.
• Rates can change over time, by the type of work, or if the work is needed after normal hours. Please call us for pricing.

Materials you give us

If you ask, we may agree to reuse materials that you own and give to us. We do not warranty reused or repurposed materials.

Emails, texts, and calls

To send us a request on our form, you agree to get emails, texts, or phone calls from us about it. Our Privacy Policy explains how this works. Text STOP at any time to opt out of texts.

Using the site
